At RETAR DIO University, a group of students known as the "Retards" were enjoying a day out when they were exposed to a mysterious gas called SOLANA. This gas had an unexpected side effect: it caused uncontrollable laughter, or "KEK," which quickly spread across the campus, threatening to infect the entire university.

The situation escalated to the point where the university's leadership, the "master retards," had to take drastic action. Unable to find a cure, they decided to isolate the affected students, establishing a new institution called KEKTARDIO. Despite its origins, KEKTARDIO is now determined to overcome its challenges.
